As part of the internship, you’ll be supported by a dedicated early careers team who help guide your experience from start to finish, alongside your team leader and buddy.
You’ll also take part in structured intern-only development, including our learning series and leadership sessions designed to give you insight into how a large engineering consultancy operates and how complex work is delivered across teams and disciplines.
These sessions give you direct access to leaders across the business and exposure to how we approach real technical and advisory challenges across Asia Pacific.

About the opportunity
Our paid summer internships offer the opportunity to develop your technical capability through challenging project work, problem-solving, and continuous learning. This internship experience offers the chance to gain valuable skills and practical experience by working on a variety of projects ranging from bespoke to some of the largest infrastructure and mining projects in the world. It also provides a unique opportunity to be mentored by some of the world’s leading technical experts in engineering geology and geotechnical engineering that will assist your transition into a professional career.
Interns may receive the chance to continue their internship on a part-time basis and/or be considered for a graduate position.
About You
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree. You are adventurous, capable, results-driven and committed to excellence. You will have an interest in the following areas:
